The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our website.
Olfair GmbH reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of these Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of the order shall prevail, and these cannot be unilaterally changed for that order. Any customer terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these Terms and Conditions will not be recognized.

Prices
The sales prices listed on Olfair GmbH are final prices and, unless otherwise stated, include statutory value-added tax and any other statutory duties such as advance recycling fees (VRG) or copyright fees for electronic devices. Prices are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF).
Unless otherwise stated, any shipping costs will be charged separately and are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.
Technical changes, errors, and misprints are reserved. Olfair GmbH reserves the right to make price changes at any time and without prior notice. Sales prices do not include consulting or support services.
Conclusion of contract
The products and prices on this website are non-binding offers.
By placing an order through this website, including acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Olfair GmbH will then send an automatic order confirmation via email, confirming that the customer's offer has been received by Olfair GmbH. Placed orders are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or withdrawal.
The contract is concluded as soon as Olfair GmbH sends an acceptance declaration by email, confirming the dispatch of the ordered products or services.
Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received (except for delivery against invoice) and provided the goods are available. If it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, Olfair GmbH reserves the right to refuse or only partially accept or fulfill the order. In such a case, Olfair GmbH will notify the customer by email. If the customer's payment has already been received by Olfair GmbH, the payment will be refunded. If no payment has yet been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay.
Payment options and retention of title
The customer has access to the payment options specified during the ordering process.
Olfair GmbH reserves the right to exclude customers from certain payment options or to insist on advance payment without giving reasons.
The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Olfair GmbH until full payment has been made.
Delivery, obligation to inspect, notification of defects and return
Upon handover of the goods to the carrier, Olfair GmbH has fulfilled all obligations arising from the customer's order and the benefit and risk with regard to the goods are transferred to the customer.
Deliveries will be sent by mail or courier to the address provided by the customer in the order.
Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Depending on the shipping method chosen, delivery may take an additional 1-3 business days.
Olfair GmbH strives to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, any delivery times stated in the order confirmation are non-binding. Olfair GmbH reserves the right to make partial deliveries. In this case, the shipping costs will only be charged to the customer once.
Shipping costs are specified during checkout. Any import costs are not included and must be paid by the customer.
The invoice, if delivery against invoice is offered, will be sent by email or post at Olfair GmbH's discretion.
If the delivery cannot be made or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Olfair GmbH may terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and observing a reasonable grace period and charge the customer for the costs of the effort.
The customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects covered by Olfair GmbH's warranty within five business days in writing by letter or email to the address provided in the imprint ( >Link ). Photos of the damaged goods must be included. If the inspection reveals that the goods arrived defective, Olfair GmbH will cover the return shipping costs.
Should the customer wish to return goods, the return shipment to Olfair GmbH will be at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address provided by Olfair GmbH in the imprint ( >Link Imprint ).
If the inspection by Olfair GmbH reveals that the goods do not have any detectable defects or that these are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Olfair GmbH may charge the customer for the costs of returning the goods or any disposal.
Right of withdrawal
The customer is granted a right of withdrawal within 10 calendar days of receiving the goods. This period is deemed to have been met if the customer sends the written cancellation by email (address as per the imprint, >Link ) to Olfair GmbH within the deadline. No reason is required for the cancellation.
Exercising the right of withdrawal will result in the reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods within 10 calendar days, in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and together with the delivery note, to the return address specified by Olfair GmbH in the imprint ( >Link ). Returns to Olfair GmbH are at the customer's expense and risk. Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days, provided Olfair GmbH has already received the goods back or the customer can provide proof of shipment.
Olfair GmbH reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the loss in value from the purchase price already paid or to invoice the customer.
No right of withdrawal is granted in the following cases:
- If the contract has an element of chance, namely because the price is subject to fluctuations over which the provider has no control.
- If the contract concerns a movable item that is manufactured according to the customer's specifications or is clearly tailored to personal needs.
- If the contract is for the provision of services and the contract is to be fully performed by the provider with the prior express consent of the customer before the withdrawal period has expired.
Warranty
Olfair GmbH strives to deliver goods of impeccable quality. For defects reported in a timely manner, Olfair GmbH guarantees the freedom from defects and functionality of the item purchased by the customer for the statutory warranty period, which is generally two years from the delivery date. It is at Olfair GmbH's discretion to fulfill the warranty through free repair, equivalent replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Further warranty claims are excluded.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, or defects resulting from external circumstances. Likewise, the warranty does not cover consumables and wear parts (e.g., batteries, rechargeable batteries, etc.).
Olfair GmbH is unable to provide any assurances or guarantees regarding the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of the data, nor regarding the constant or uninterrupted availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks, and other content. In particular, it neither represents nor guarantees that the use of the website will not infringe the rights of third parties not owned by Olfair GmbH.
Liability
Olfair GmbH excludes all liability, regardless of its legal basis, as well as claims for damages against Olfair GmbH and any auxiliary persons and vicarious agents. In particular, Olfair GmbH is not liable for indirect damages and consequential damages, lost profits, or other personal injury, property damage, or purely financial loss suffered by the customer. Further mandatory statutory liability, for example, for gross negligence or unlawful intent, remains reserved.
Olfair GmbH uses hyperlinks solely to simplify customer access to other websites. Olfair GmbH has no knowledge of the detailed content of these websites, nor does it assume liability or other responsibility for their content.
Data protection
Olfair GmbH may process and use the data collected during the contract conclusion to fulfill its obligations under the purchase agreement and for marketing purposes. The data necessary to fulfill the service may also be passed on to commissioned service partners (logistics partners) or other third parties.

Partial invalidity
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Further provisions
Olfair GmbH expressly reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time and to put them into effect without notice.
In the event of any dispute, Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively, excluding any conflict of law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Sales Convention) is explicitly excluded.
Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. The registered office of Olfair GmbH is the place of performance. Swiss law applies. This also applies to international customers.
