Orders are ready for dispatch within 2-4 working days.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
A-Post: CHF 9.- (1-2 days)
B-Post: CHF 6.50 (2-3 days)
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 100.-

Our products (except personalized products) can be returned within 10 days.

The customer must return the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the following address:
