Which countries do you deliver to?
Unfortunately, we can currently only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. However, we hope to be able to ship internationally in the future.
Can products be returned?
Products can be returned within 10 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Further information can be found in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are CHF 9 for A-Post (1-2 days) and CHF 6.50 for B-Post (2-3 days). Shipping is free for orders over CHF 100.
How quickly is an order ready for dispatch?
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing time is generally 2-4 business days.
My candle is flickering. What can I do?
If your candle flickers, it's because either the wick is too long or the rim is too high. Trim the wick to 0.5-0.7mm and the rim to 2cm.
